SLATE Sponsor Information

Sponsors will have the opportunity to connect with participants as they browse the conference floor and visit your exhibit area. Over 175 participants including; faculty, system administrators, user support staff, technology coordinators, librarians, CIO's, web administrators, and decision makers from over 40 different institutions from across the country attended last year's conference.

Sponsorship Options

All sponsor packages include the following: a six-foot square presentation area with table and tablecloth, listing in the conference program, your logo posted on the conference web site with URL to your company home page, recognition on all pre-conference promotional materials and mailings, recognition on the conference welcome banner, wireless Internet access, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Platinum Sponsor Package:

Preferred display setup in main exhibit area (both days)
Two complimentary conference registrations
Full listing in conference program
Scheduled break-out session presentation (guaranteed)
Promotional materials included in all attendee packets
Special recognition given at the conference social event (Thursday evening)

Gold Sponsor Package:

Preferred display setup in main exhibit area (both days)
Two complimentary conference registrations
Prominent listing in conference program
Scheduled break-out session presentation (subject to availability)
Promotional materials included in all attendee packets
Name/logo on custom imprinted conference promotional item (ex. name badge, program, t-shirt, coffee cup, portfolio, etc.)

Silver Sponsor Package:

Display setup in main exhibit area (both days)
One complimentary conference registration

Bronze Sponsor Package:

Display setup in main exhibit area (Friday Only)
One complimentary conference registration

Participating Sponsor:

Sponsorship is not limited to financial support. If you are unable to be onsite for the day, you could provide a promotional item (ex. pens, notepads, keychains, etc. or company merchandise of your choice) that will be distributed to each attendee or a raffle/door prize item to be given away during the conference.
